Positions we're hiring for
Sales Associate
Selling fine jewelry is not about pressure.
It is about trust.
Our sales team helps customers celebrate engagements, anniversaries, milestones, gifts, repairs, redesigns, and once-in-a-lifetime purchases. The right person for this role is polished, warm, organized, and genuinely good with people.
This role may include:
- Greeting and assisting customers
- Presenting jewelry with confidence and care
- Helping customers understand diamonds, gemstones, settings, and design options
- Supporting custom jewelry consultations
- Following up with clients
- Maintaining a beautiful, professional showroom experience
A strong salesperson at North Georgia Diamond knows how to listen first. The sale comes from trust, taste, and service.
Jeweler
Our jewelers are the hands behind the work.
Because we design and make our jewelry in-house, the bench is at the center of what we do. We value precision, patience, problem-solving, and pride in the finished piece.
This role may include:
- Stone setting
- Ring sizing
- Repairs and restoration
- Custom fabrication
- Polishing and finishing
- Working with gold, platinum, diamonds, and fine gemstones
- Collaborating with designers and sales staff on custom projects
We are looking for someone who respects the craft and understands that fine jewelry is built one careful decision at a time.
Apprentice
A great apprentice does not need to know everything.
They do need to be curious, reliable, humble, detail-oriented, and willing to learn the right way.
This is an opportunity to get real experience inside a working jewelry store, not just watch from the sidelines. You will be around design, repair, customer service, stone handling, shop operations, and the daily rhythm of a high-end local jewelry business.
You may be a fit if you:
