Giveaway Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to legal residents of Georgia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of North Georgia Diamond and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. How to Enter
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. To enter, participants must complete one of the following steps during the entry period:

3. Entry Period
The giveaway entry period begins on Tuesday, June 9, 2026 at at 12PM, and ends on Friday, June 19th at 11:59PM EST. All entries must be received by the end date to be eligible.The winner will be announced Saturday, June 20th, 2026 via email and social media. After which, via phone call or email, the winner can schedule a day and time to come in for their prize.
4. Prize
(1) winner will receive a free engraving on their handgun slide of choice. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be provided. Engraving details are subject to North Georgia Diamond's approval (no profane or copyrighted content).
5. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on Saturday, June 20th, 2026. The winner will be notified via email and/or text message from NorthGeorgiaDiamond@yahoo.com and/or (706) 515-1551. If the winner cannot be reached, fails to claim the prize within 48 hours, or is ineligible, we reserve the right to select an alternate winner.
6. Release and Limitations of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless North Georgia Diamond and its affiliates from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising out of or in connection with this giveaway or the acceptance/use of the prize. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media or website platform it is promoted on.
7. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to North Georgia Diamond's privacy policy and will only be used for the purpose of administering this giveaway.
8. Governing Law
The giveaway is governed by the laws of Georgia, United States of America. Void where prohibited by law.
